Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to 1
establish a competitive process for the operation and management of 2
transit lines. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for a competitive process for the operation and
management of transit lines.
