AN ACT REQUIRING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BRIDGE OVER
THE MATTABASSETT RIVER AT THE BORDER OF MIDDLETOWN
AND CROMWELL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation be required to replace the 1
bridge over the Mattabassett River at the Middletown and Cromwell 2
border with a bridge containing four traffic lanes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To improve traffic flow and increase public safety by replacing the
bridge over the Mattabassett River located at the border of
Middletown and Cromwell.
