AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR HONOR GUARD DETAILS AT
CERTAIN MILITARY FUNERALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That, when the General Assembly adopts a budget for the fiscal year 1
ending June 30, 2020, and for each subsequent fiscal year, the 2
appropriation of moneys to the Military Department for the funding of 3
honor guard details at the funerals of certain veterans and members of 4
the armed forces shall appear as a separate line item of such budget. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To list military funeral honor guard funding as a separate line item of
the budget.
