AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE QUALITY OF LIFE TASK
FORCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sufficient funds be appropriated to the Department of 1
Emergency Services and Public Protection, from the General Fund, for 2
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, for four full-time state troopers 3
whose duties are limited to staffing the quality of life task force. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To combat the opioid crisis by restoring funding to a successful
program for fighting opioid addiction.
