AN ACT EXCLUDING MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENTS FROM THE
CALCULATION OF RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude reimbursements to 1
state employees for mileage from the calculation of salary for purposes 2
of determining retirement income. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To remove mileage reimbursement from pension calculations.
