AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATE OF CONNECTICUT BANK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 36a of the general statutes be amended to establish a State 1
of Connecticut Bank to support community banks and the economic 2
development needs of residents and businesses in this state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish the State of Connecticut Bank.
