AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO REVIEW PUBLIC ACT
18-173.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force made up of government and banking industry 1
representatives be established to evaluate the effectiveness of public 2
act 18-173 and, if necessary, recommend revisions to title 36a of the 3
general statutes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to review public act 18-173.
