1818 AN ACT CONCERNING ESTABLISHMENT OF A FEE PAID BY

2222 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2323 Assembly convened:

2525 That section 16-331a of the general statutes be amended to require 1
2626 the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to establish the fee that the 2
2727 company or organization responsible for community access operations 3
2828 will receive from multichannel video programming distributors for 4
2929 every customer account served under their multichannel video 5
3030 programming distributor license. 6
3131 Statement of Purpose:
3232 To require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to establish a fee
3333 paid by multichannel video programming distributors to the
3434 companies or organizations responsible for community access
3535 operations.
