AN ACT EXEMPTING SENIOR CITIZENS FROM THE MOTOR
VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PASSPORT
TO THE STATE PARKS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt senior citizens from 1
the motor vehicle registration fee associated with the Passport to the 2
State Parks program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent senior citizens from having to pay the Passport to the State
Parks fee.
