AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF DOGS, CATS AND RABBITS AT
PET SHOPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of dogs, 1
cats and rabbits at pet stores in the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale of dogs, cats and rabbits at pet stores in the state.
