AN ACT RESTRICTING THE USE OF WILD AND EXOTIC ANIMALS IN
CIRCUSES AND TRAVELING SHOWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to restrict the use of wild or 1
exotic animals in circuses and traveling shows. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect wild and exotic animals and members of the general public.
