AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN APPEAL PROCESS TO THE
ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-20a of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
an appeal process for the environmental justice public participation 2
process prior to authorizing the issuance of any permit subject to such 3
process. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create an appeal process to the environmental justice public
participation process.
