AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISPOSAL OF APPLIANCES
CONTAINING FREON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a twenty-five-1
dollar credit at transfer stations in the state for each appliance that a 2
consumer returns to such transfer station that contains freon. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the environment from freon.
