AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE WEST
HAVEN ROUTE 1 DESIGN STUDY IN WEST HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall 4
be used by the Department of Economic and Community 5
Development for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the city of 6
West Haven for the West Haven Route 1 design study. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the West Haven Route 1 design study.
