AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM MARK-UP PERCENTAGE FOR A
CIGARETTE DEALER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-326a of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the minimum mark-up percentage for a cigarette dealer from eight per 2
cent to eighteen per cent. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the minimum mark-up percentage for a cigarette dealer
from eight per cent to eighteen per cent.
