AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR REPAIRS TO
SANDY HOLLOW ROAD IN LEDYARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds in accordance with sections 13b-74 to 13b-77, 2
inclusive, of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in 3
the aggregate ___ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Transportation for the purpose of repairs to Sandy 5
Hollow Road, including guardrails near the reservoir, in Ledyard. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for repairs to Sandy Hollow Road in Ledyard.
