AN ACT CREATING A MEAD PERMIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to create a mead 1
permit that would allow tastings and retail sale of mead by the glass to 2
be consumed on the permit premises. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To support an emerging Connecticut mead industry by creating a
mead permit.
