AN ACT CONCERNING BOUNCE HOUSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any person engaged 1
in the business of renting inflatable bounce houses for use in the state 2
to register each such inflatable with the Department of Consumer 3
Protection prior to renting the inflatable and to maintain a log 4
recording when and where the inflatable was rented. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require any person engaged in the business of renting bounce
houses to register such bounce houses with the Department of
Consumer Protection and record the use of such bounce houses.
