AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE OF JOINT FAVORABLE SUBSTITUTE
LANGUAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require committee 1
members to be provided notice of proposed joint favorable substitute 2
language for a committee or raised bill prior to the committee voting 3
on such bill. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require that proposed substitute language be made public prior to a
committee vote.
