AN ACT EXPANDING HOUSING AUTHORITY JURISDICTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 8-39 and 8-40 of the general statutes be amended to 1
permit a housing authority to expand its area of operation to include 2
high and very high opportunity census tracts within a thirty-mile 3
radius. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a housing authority to expand its area of operation.
