AN ACT CONCERNING RENTAL ASSISTANCE AND INTERDISTRICT
SCHOOL CHOICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-345 of the general statutes be amended to create a 1
pilot program in which the families of low -income students 2
participating in interdistrict school choice programs may move to the 3
municipality in which their child attends school. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create a pilot program allowing the families of low-income students
participating in interdistrict school choice programs to move to the
municipality in which their child attends school.
