AN ACT CONCERNING FAIR HOUSING DATA TRANSPARENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-37t of the general statutes be amended to (1) 1
consolidate and make publicly available data on housing subsidies, (2) 2
set goals to affirmatively further fair housing and require reporting on 3
the progress of such goals, and (3) establish regional housing 4
production targets. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To develop data that can inform housing policies and housing
programs.
