AN ACT EXPANDING THE ADULT FAMILY LIVING/FOSTER CARE
PROGRAM TO INCLUDE INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL
DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Social Services to expand the Adult Family 2
Living/Foster Care program to include individuals with intellectual 3
disabilities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the Adult Family Living/Foster Care program to
individuals with intellectual disabilities.
