26 | 25 | | Section 1. Section 38a-492p of the general statutes is repealed and 1 |

27 | 26 | | the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective January 1, 2020): 2 |

29 | 28 | | service corporation, health care center, fraternal benefit society or other 4 |
