| 26 | 26 | 38a-91vv of the general statutes provide financial assistance to a 3 | |

| 28 | 28 | and ending on February 1, 2019, the former homeowner (1) owned a 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | residential building in this state with a concrete foundation that 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | deteriorated due to the presence of pyrrhotite, (2) paid to repair or 7 | |
