AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLD FOR
STATE REPAIR AND RENOVATION PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
prevailing wage threshold to five hundred thousand dollars for repair 2
and renovation projects. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To update the prevailing wage threshold for state repair and
renovation contracts.
