AN ACT CONCERNING CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 20-10b of the general statutes be amended to require all 1
licensed physicians to earn a minimum of one contact hour of 2
continuing medical education in each subject area identified by the 3
Department of Public Health in the area of the physician's practice. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the minimum number of contact hours of continuing
medical education required for licensed physicians.
