AN ACT ALLOWING PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS THE ABILITY TO 
CERTIFY A PATIENT FOR THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to allow a physician assistant 1 
the ability to certify a qualified patient for the palliative use of 2 
marijuana. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To allow physician assistants the ability to certify a patient for the 
palliative use of marijuana.
