AN ACT CONCERNING OPIOID DATA SHARING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow state agencies to 1
work with third parties to share data on schedule II drugs to address 2
misuse of such drugs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow state agencies to work with third parties to share data on
schedule II drugs to address misuse.
