AN ACT REQUIRING THE INCLUSION OF METHADONE IN THE
ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION DRUG MONITORING PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (j) of section 21a-254 of the general statutes be 1
amended to require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to 2
include methadone in the electronic prescription drug monitoring 3
program. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the reporting of methadone prescriptions through the
electronic prescription drug monitoring program.
