AN ACT CONCERNING MULTIPLE BACKGROUND CHECKS ON
INDIVIDUALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that any individual 1
who satisfactorily completes a state and national criminal history 2
records check is not required to undergo an additional state and 3
national criminal history records check for any other purpose under 4
the general statutes for one year. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that an individual who satisfactorily undergoes a state and
national criminal history records check is not required to undergo
another one for any other purpose under the general statutes for one
year.
