AN ACT CONCERNING THE FLEET REGISTRATION OF MOTOR
VEHICLES OWNED BY NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND
BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended by permitting 1
nonprofit organizations and businesses to register five or more motor 2
vehicles at a time with the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the process for nonprofit organizations and businesses to
register the motor vehicles owned by such organizations and
businesses by permitting the fleet registration of such motor vehicles.
