AN ACT CONCERNING THE FIRST COMPANY OF THE GOVERNOR'S
FOOT GUARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 27 of the general statutes be amended to (1) require the 1
bylaws of the first company of the Governor's Foot Guards to set forth 2
procedures for the amendment of such bylaws, and (2) specify that 3
moneys in the account of the first company of the Governor's Foot 4
Guards shall be spent by the major commandant of said company. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require procedures for amendment of the bylaws of the first
company of the Governor's Foot Guards, as well as to specify that the
major commandant of said company shall spend moneys in the
company's account.
