AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING LOAN FUND TO ASSIST
DISTRESSED ELDERLY HOMEOWNERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 204a of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
revolving loan fund to assist elderly homeowners who have fallen 2
behind in property tax payments. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To assist elderly homeowners.
