| 25 | 25 | Emergency Services and Public Protection to establish, maintain and 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | make public a registry of individuals who reside in Connecticut and 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | have been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect, 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | provided a victim of any individual whose name appears in such 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | registry may petition the court to have the individual's name removed 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | from the publicly available registry if the presence of the individual's 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | name could indicate the identity of the victim. 8 | |
