Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to improve early childhood 1
interventions at facilities that serve young children, including, but not 2
limited to, child care centers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To improve early childhood interventions at facilities that serve young
children, including, but not limited to, child care centers.
