AN ACT CONCERNING AC CESS TO INFORMATION ON EARLY 
CHILDHOOD INTERVENTI ONS.  
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) (a) Not later than January 1, 1 
2020, the Office of Early Childhood shall create a one-page document 2 
that (1) lists important developmental milestones experienced by 3 
children ages birth to three years, and (2) containing notice that any 4 
parent or guardian who is concerned that such parent or guardian's 5 
child has not met one or more such developmental milestones may 6 
access the Office of Early Childhood Child Development Infoline for 7 
information concerning appropriate services. The office shall make 8 
such document available on its Internet web site. 9 
(b) On and after February 1, 2020, each operator of a child care 10 
center, group child care home or family child care home, as described 11 
in section 19a-77 of the general statutes, shall post a copy of the 12 
document developed pursuant to subsection (a) of this section in a 13 
conspicuous place on the premises of such child care center, group 14 
child care home or family child care home. 15 
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following 
sections:

Subsection (a) was struck, Subsecs. (b) and (c) were redesignated as 
Subsecs. (a) and (b) and ", as defined in section 19a-77 of the general
