AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF A TOWN'S MINIMUM
BUDGET REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-262j of the general statutes be amended to define a 1
town's budgeted appropriation for education as only the amount of 2
such town's appropriation for education in the calculation of such 3
town's minimum budget requirement. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To define a town's minimum budget requirement as the amount of
such town's appropriation for education.
