AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT GRANT
PRIORITY FOR TOWNS WITH SCHOOLS WITH CRUMBLING
FOUNDATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to give priority 1
for school building project grants to those towns that have schools 2
affected by crumbling foundations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To address issues relating to schools with crumbling foundations.
