AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A PIPELINE FOR
SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS OF COLOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 166 of the general statutes be amended to create 1
opportunities for the recruitment and retention of minority school 2
administrators. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create a pipeline that uses strategies to effectively attract and retain
school administrators of color.
