AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL
SECURITY AND SAFETY PLANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-222m of the general statutes be amended to require 1
that a local or regional board of education is implementing the school 2
security and safety plans for each school under the jurisdiction of such 3
board and to require such board to certify that it is implementing such 4
plans in any application for a grant under the school security 5
infrastructure competitive grant program. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To require boards of education to implement the school security and
safety plans for each school under the jurisdiction of such boards.
