AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT GRANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to permit the 1
Commissioner of Administrative Services to approve school building 2
project grants for municipalities that construct multi-use facilities that 3
meet the needs of both school districts and the local community. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the Commissioner of Administrative Services to approve
school building project grants for municipalities that construct multi-
use facilities that meet the needs of both school districts and the local
community.
