AN ACT CONCERNING THE FUNDING OF THE STATE EDUCATION
RESOURCE CENTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 179a of the general statutes be amended to make, for 1
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, and each fiscal year thereafter, the 2
budget for the State Education Resource Center, established pursuant 3
to section 10-357a of the general statutes, a separate budgeted agency 4
of the Department of Education. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To make the State Education Resource Center a line item of the
Department of Education's budget.
