| 26 | 26 | | task force to develop policies and procedures for early detection and 2 |

| 27 | 27 | | implementation of statewide standards of evidence-based, in-district 3 |

| 28 | 28 | | interventions to prevent dyslexic students from falling behind, (2) 4 |

| 29 | 29 | | require that individualized education programs be developed by a 5 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | collaborative process that includes the diagnosed student or designee, 6 |

| 31 | 31 | | family, physicians, special education professionals, teachers and 7 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | administrators, (3) require the state to provide funding for 8 |

| 33 | 33 | | interventions, in whole or in part, that is based on a pre-determined, 9 |
