28 | 28 | | interventions to prevent dyslexic students from falling behind, (2) 4 |

29 | 29 | | require that individualized education programs be developed by a 5 |

30 | 30 | | collaborative process that includes the diagnosed student or designee, 6 |

31 | 31 | | family, physicians, special education professionals, teachers and 7 |

32 | 32 | | administrators, (3) require the state to provide funding for 8 |

33 | 33 | | interventions, in whole or in part, that is based on a pre-determined, 9 |
