AN ACT REQUIRING PUBLIC SCHOOLS BE EQUIPPED WITH
CLASSROOM DOORS THAT LOCK FROM THE INSIDE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
all classrooms in public schools be equipped with a door that can be 2
locked from the inside of the classroom. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require all public school classrooms to be equipped with doors that
are able to be locked from inside the classroom.
