AN ACT CONCERNING RATEPAYER IMPACT STATEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 2-24a of the general statutes be amended to clarify how 1
ratepayer impacts will be evaluated in ratepayer impact statements. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify how ratepayer impacts will be evaluated in ratepayer impact
statements.
