AN ACT DELAYING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW NET METERING
AND TARIFFS PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to delay the 1
implementation of the new net metering and tariffs programs adopted 2
pursuant to P.A. 18-50 until daily metering technology is available. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To delay the implementation of the new net metering and tariffs
programs until daily metering technology is available.
