AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC SUPPLIERS, DIRECT BILLING
AND CLEAN ENERGY FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow electric suppliers to 1
provide direct billing and collection services for all components of 2
electric service and allow electric suppliers to own and operate clean 3
energy facilities, contract with third parties to build, own or operate 4
clean energy facilities and contract with subscribers for subscriptions 5
to a clean energy facility. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To allow electric suppliers to provide direct billing and collection
services for all components of electric service and to own and operate
clean energy facilities, contract with third parties to build, own or
operate clean energy facilities and contract with subscribers for
subscriptions to a clean energy facility.
