AN ACT POSTPONING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW NET
ELECTRIC METERING PROGRAMS AND CREATING A WORKING
GROUP TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE VALUE OF
SOLAR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 16-243h and 16-244z of the general statutes be 1
amended to postpone the implementation of new net electric metering 2
programs and that the general statutes be amended to create a working 3
group to provide recommendations on the value of solar prior to the 4
expiration of existing net electric metering programs. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To postpone the implementation of new net electric metering
programs and create a working group to provide recommendations on
the value of solar.
