AN ACT EXCLUDING HEALTH AND ATHLETIC CLUB SERVICES
FROM THE SALES TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to exclude 1
health and athletic club services from being subject to the sales tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude health and athletic club services from being subject to the
sales tax.
